Booking Policy
Please read our booking policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Refund Policy
STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE
For drop-in bookings without a package, you may reschedule 8 hours before the class commences. Cancelling the class will forfeit your payment.
All package purchases and memberships are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For cancellations, please cancel or reschedule your sessions at least 8 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged.
Late Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations less than 8 hours notice will incur 1 class credit deduction from your plan.
For cancellations less than 8 hours, please drop a message via email to avoid No-Shows.
3. No-Show Policy
For No-Shows, 2 class credits will be deducted from your plan.
Additional Charges for Unlimited & Strong-Her Plans:
- Late Cancellation Charge: $30
- No-Show Charge: $40
4. Class Attendance Requirements
Please check in at least 5 minutes before class. Do take note that we allow a strict 5-minutes grace period for latecomers to all of our classes.
Late Arrival Policy:
Credit will be forfeited for arrivals after the 5-minute grace period.
5. Class Cancellation Policy
Activ.Co Studio reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class if the minimum number of participants required to run the class is not met.
Notice Period:
In such cases, we will provide notice of cancellation at least 6 hours prior to the class start time.
Participants will be notified via the contact details provided during registration.
6. Instructor Changes
Please note that instructors are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain consistency but reserve the right to substitute instructors as needed.
